Individual memberships
An individual membership is available to owners of a unit in an Owners Corporation (OCN), whether it is their usual home or an investment property.

Corporate memberships
A corporate membership is where the whole of an OC joins the OCN, with a nominated member as the point of contact.
Applications for corporate membership shall include certification by two members of the EC of the OC and the nomination of the contact person authorised to represent that corporation.

Fees
Fees are due annually on 1 January.
Note: If you join for the first time between September and December, you get 3 months free and your membership is valid until 31 December of the following year.
Joining fee: $5.00 (once only)
Annual fee for Individual members: $20.00
Annual fee for Corporate members: $20.00 plus $2.00 per unit in the development up to a maximum of $600 per year. So if your fee would be more than $600 please pay only $600, but do give the correct information on the number of units.

Please include your name or your Units Plan number for corporate members so the transaction can be identified.
In all cases it is essential that the transaction identifies the name of the person making the deposit or the relevant Unit Plan Number for corporate applications.
